Package Check Update

The "Package Check Update" action makes it possible to proactively monitor the update status of packages on target machines. This interactive action allows the Linux Control Center to communicate directly with the selected machines, encouraging them to search for new versions of existing packages in their configuration repositories. This approach gives users a clear and accurate view of which packages are out of date.
The Check Update Packages action goes to the remote repositories already configured on the target hosts looking for the metadata of the available packages. After receiving the metadata, the Linux Control Center checks the machine's current packages and if there is a newer version based on metada received, it will be marked as "Upgradable".
In left menu, go to Hosts.
Select the checkbox on Hosts object, click on Actions button and select Package Check Update action.
Click on target Host object and go to Action History tab to follow the action status.
After proced, click on Expand to see the action logs.
After Success action, back to Host General tab and click on Packages button to see all packages in current host.
To see all upgradable packages in current host, click on Packages Upgradable checkbox and check the list of packages.
